Q1. Where are you based and what areas do you cover?

Ans: Our removal company is based in London and we cover all areas here. Our removal company does nationwide removal runs which start and end in London.

Q2. How much advanced notice do you need before booking?

Ans: We usually do bookings one week before the removal because the more advance you book, the better the chance of getting the exact time you require.

Q3. Am I going to charge for the removal man and van to get to my pick up address?

No, you won’t be charged anything. Pricing will be calculated from your starting point till your destination point.

Q4. How do I pay?

Ans: You can pay via cash or check. You can give it directly to the driver when all of your work is done.

Q5. When does my loading time allowance starts and end?

Ans: It begins when we arrive and stops when you pay us, but does not get used during journey.

Q6. Do I have to give you a deposit?

Ans: we usually require 30% deposit depending upon the nature of service. If you have to cancel it, make sure you do it at least 12hours before our due arrival time to avoid losing the deposit. If not then deposit is not going to be refundable.

Q7. Can we travel with the driver and will it affect the price?

Ans: Yes, up to 2 people can travel with the driver and it will not affect the price.

Q8. What does helper-porter means?

Ans: Helper-Porter is a service in which one of our workers helps you without using a van. In case you need to shift any of your products like sofa and you need someone to shift it for you, then helper-porter is the right option.

Q9. If I don’t use all my time do I get a refund?

Ans: Sorry, you won’t be able to get the refund. Our removal service prices are calculated on loading time, time of day, day of week, distance and drivers help.

Q10. Is there any additional charges?

Ans: No, there are no additional charges except if you go over your chosen loading time allowance.
